2000 Siemens-Westinghouse Science and Technology Competition

The Siemens-Westinghouse Science and Technology Competition is a national research competition in the sciences and mathematics for high school students. Four of Midwood’s most talented students were recepients of silver medals — two each in the New England and Southwestern Regionals.

    Tactile and Olfactory Aspects of Environmental Mapping in the Freshwater Crayfish, Procambarus clarkii.
  • Stephanie Lum & May Sy (Southwestern Regionals in Austin, Texas)
    Analysis of the Dynamic Optical Tomographic Imager through Phantom Studies.
